The special design includes built-in lips for precision serving and an extremely sturdy handle, fully integrated into the Robusto's body with a one-piece, one-piece look that won't loosen and with exceptional durability over time. In addition, it has induction hob technology and can be used for cooking in the oven (up to 175°C without the glass lid).

You achieve this thanks to the extra-large mesh combined with a thick base, which ensures quick and perfect heat diffusion throughout the pan.

Sear meat like a pro thanks to the Thermo-Spot heat indicator that guarantees the optimum texture, colour and flavour, making it easy to cook. Before heating your frying pan, this spot has a visible pattern; as the pan heats up, the pattern disappears, and the spot turns solid red. At this point, you’ll know the pan is at the ideal cooking temperature (180°C-200°C).

The high-quality titanium non-stick coating is resistant to daily use and lasts up to 3 times longer than Tefal's normal coating, thanks to its ultra-reinforced structure and a protective coating reinforced with titanium particles.
