By connecting the smart multicooker SkyCooker to the Ready for Sky REDMOND mobile application, you will be able to start and stop programs, control the warm-up and delayed start function.
The smart multicooker REDMOND SkyCooker M92S has a unique MULTICOOKER program designed for cooking dishes according to author's recipes. Using the MULTI-CHEF program with its ability to set cooking time and temperature manual, you can easily create the most exquisite culinary masterpieces.
The MULTICOOK program also allows you to cook using the sous-vide technology (under vacuum). Dishes are cooked for few hours at a low temperature with no access of oxygen. Cooking at a low temperature ensure that vegetables, meat, fish and poultry retain their natural texture and are as juicy as possible and also preserve most of nutrients and vitamins. To cook food in a vacuum, ingredients must be placed in special airtight bags and sealed tightly using a vacuum packer.
