This Finex Sauce Pot is a go-to pan for sauces, baked beans or polenta as well as perfect reductions and glazes. So much of what makes a good sauce great is the sugar content. That same sugar, however, can easily caramelise, scorch or separate if it gets overheated. The thick base of this cast iron sauce pot prevents that. Suitable for gas, induction, electric or straight over the coals. Oven safe and grill ready. The pan is also great for baking delicious single-serve brownies, cakes, lasagne and cornbread. This sauce pot features the same ‘Speed Cool’ stainless steel handle as found on the larger Finex skillets or griddles to eliminate the need for oven mitts when melting butter or heating soup.
