17 automatic programmes are used to prepare a wide variety of breads and doughs such as white bread, wholemeal bread, gluten-free bread, yoghurt, jam, rye bread, French bread and many more. Experienced bakers can also set up an individual programme with time and temperature, incl. memory function. The viewing window of the Steba BM 2 breadmaker is particularly useful, as you can check the browning status of the crust at any time. With the time preselection of up to 15 hours and the timer, you can prepare fresh and delicious bread without having to get up early in the morning. So you can enjoy the smell of freshly baked bread as soon as you wake up.

At the touch of a button, you can choose whether to bake 500, 750 or 1000 g of bread. The degree of browning (light, medium, dark) can be set just as easily on the large display by touch control. After baking, the ceramic-coated baking tin can be removed with a flick of the wrist - so the bread is easy to take out of the tin and cleaning is child's play. A special extra is the automatic keep-warm function of up to one hour.

Also included are a measuring cup, a portioning spoon, a dough hook remover and some recipes to get you started straight away.
