The Broil King Infrared Side Burner gives you the ability to cook great dishes quickly and efficiently. It is designed to produce temperatures up to 927°C and includes a professional 9mm thick stainless steel grill and a cooking capacity of 735cm². The side burner is ideal for roasting (also known as searing) beef, it is perfect for boiling corn, vegetables, sauces, bacon and eggs. It's design focuses the gas flame on the ceramic tile made up of thousands of small holes, this converts the heat of the flame into infrared energy while the food and juices that fall from the food are collected in a removable tray for easy cleaning.

The 4.4 kW stainless steel rear burner is ideal for perfect, slow roasting of chicken, turkey etc. The direct flame of the stainless steel back burner extends along the entire cooking surface of the grill, allowing you to grill 2-3 pieces of chicken at once. Indirect heat prevents fats and liquids from burning while also reducing the possibility of a flame.

Broil King's Flav-R-Wave anti-flame system is made of stainless steel (SS) and is designed to provide even temperature distribution across the entire grilling surface, while protecting the burners and evaporating juices for the perfect barbecue flavor on all your recipes.

With a simple push of the button, the lights in the cooking chamber allow you to see better what you are baking at night. Illuminated buttons add style to your grill and are exclusive to the Regal range.
